INGREDIENTS
4 C Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 T Salt
1 & 1/2 C Water
1/3 C Oil
DIRECTIONS
Using dough hook on mixer, mix Flour with Baking Powder
Add wet ingredients
Divide dough into golf ball size balls,
Place on sheet, let rest 20 minutes in open air. The dough will get a slight crust
Flatten ball on floured surface with palm of you hand
Roll flat and thin with rolling pin
Heat sauté pan on medium high,
Quickly cook tortilla for about 10-15 seconds on each side
