Grown and prepared by our long-time Ethiopian partners at Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU), this is one of our most exemplary coffees when it comes to flavor and clarity. Enjoy sweet chocolate, lemondrop candy, and floral notes interweaving to create an overall flavor that is clean, delicious, exciting, and sweet. We love brewing this coffee with a Chemex to bring to light all of its subtleties.
