ABOUT THE PRODUCERS
Barry:
The pepper growing master. A Jacksonville native, Barry grew up with an appreciation for the Florida climate and spent tons of time outdoors - and in the kitchen. When he and his pal Danny decided to make a batch of hot sauce one afternoon, it was just the beginning. What started with a batch of peppers has now turned into an acre of hot pepper plants, planted, cultivated, picked and bottled right here in Jax!
Danny:
The flavor king. Danny grew up in Jacksonville playing tennis and rooting on the Jacksonville Jaguars. He and Barry became fast friends through tennis and their mutual love for food - spicy food, that is. Having tried hundreds of sauces Danny has a unique ability to taste and mix ingredients to create the perfect flavor.
